Founded in 1990 and led by locally focused efforts, we’ve donated more than 48,000 hearing aids, served thousands of communities and enabled countless conversations — filled with love, laughter and joy.
Your Foundation Team
As Vice President of the Miracle-Ear Foundation, Jenni Hargraves holds a bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, and psychology from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. With over 30 years of experience in non-profit management and administration, Jenni is an expert in fundraising, program development, and mission delivery. In 2013, she joined the Miracle-Ear Foundation after working at the American Diabetes Association for over a decade. In her free time, Jenni enjoys spending summers on the family boat, staying active by working out, and being a supportive 'dance mom' to her daughters.

The pop of a champagne bottle.
Jana has been with the Miracle-Ear Foundation since 2016 and manages our fundraising, education, and volunteer activities. She holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minnesota and enjoys volunteering with local charities. Jana enjoys alternative rock music, going to concerts, playing board games, thrifting, and coffee paired with good conversation.
Favorite Sound
The pitter-patter of her pet rabbits’ feet.
As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, Trevor Klopp acts as ‘the voice’ of the Miracle-Ear Foundation. He manages the appearance, tone, and presentation of our social media, marketing, and online presence. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from St. Cloud State University with an emphasis on broadcast media and audio production. He joined the Miracle-Ear Foundation team after 8 years of being a literal voice on several radio stations in Minnesota. In his spare time, Trevor loves songwriting, recording, traveling as a touring drummer, and going to concerts.
Favorite Sound
A flam hit on a well tuned snare drum.
Catherine manages our systems, reporting and online applications. In 2014, she joined the Miracle-Ear Foundation after several years in health insurance and a brief stint in local government. Her attention to detail is critical for us to provide the Gift of Sound to as many individuals as possible. In her free time, Catherine’s enjoys family adventure days and volunteering at her son’s school. She especially loves spending the summers with her family on the water.

DeeAnne joined the Miracle-Ear Foundation in January 2018. She has a background in customer service and order management. DeeAnne received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. She’s the primary point of contact for the Gift of Sound application process, ensuring a clear path forward as recipients begin their journey towards better hearing. In her spare time, DeeAnne enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and reading.
