Kathy's Story

Kathy struggled with hearing loss for her entire life. She was getting frustrated that she could not communicate easily with her family and friends. Kathy was growing tired of always asking everyone to repeat things to her. That is when Kathy decided to reach out to Miracle-Ear in Yeagertown, PA, Miracle-Ear Hearing Specialist Missy tested, and confirmed Kathy needed hearing aids but quickly determined that the cost of hearing aids was out of her reach. Missy suggested that she apply for assistance from the Miracle-Ear Foundation. Kathy was approved and fitted with donated hearing aids as well as life-time aftercare. Kathy is thrilled with her new hearing aids. She is excited to be able to take part in conversations better and she is looking forward to spend more quality time with her family and friends. Kathy is so grateful for the help Missy and the Miracle Ear Foundation has given her with the gift of sound.
